1. open an image
2. select brush then set to low opacity and 0 hardness
3. select quick mask mode and select
4. after you select press quick mask mode,then go to select tab choose inverse
5. then go to image tab, adjustment,hue saturation check the colorize box
use the slide bar choose the right color you want.
