| 1. Open image that you would like to Edit. then duplicate background layer. |

| 2.Then apply the poster edge filter. Go to filer tab>Artistic>pester edges.the value of edge thickness 4,edge intensity 2,posterization 3. Look the pic below. |

3. After that,we will adjust brightness and contrast,the value of 10 brightness 30 contrast. |

| 4.Then we will do an cut out effect.(cartoon effect) Go to filter tab>artistic.cut out. and this is it! |
